Baptismal Preparation
The purpose of this program is to share the meaning and the necessity of baptism for the child, parents, godparents and community.  This is accomplished by explaining the rite itself and by encouraging the parents and godparents: to participate as fully as possible, to increase their knowledge of the Church’s tradition and teaching with a strong emphasis on the role of scripture and the sacraments in their lives.

Commitment:  Meets once a month on a Wednesday evening 7:30-9:00 p.m. in the parish office.  Preregistration is required.

Rewards:  A fuller Christian life of prayer and action for the parents and godparents that will set a good example and benefit the child, parents and godparents.
