Notice how many times God as Holy Trinity is invoke during the Mass: the opening blessing & greeting, the Gloria, the prayers, the Creed, and blessings. The Eucharistic Prayer is offered to the Father and by the power of the Holy Spirit the person of Jesus, the Son of God, is made present to us in the Eucharist, in our community (present in church or otherwise), and in the lives we are sent forth to participate in as disciples. The Eucharistic Prayer concludes with a doxology that calls upon the Trinity.
