On a more sensitive note, a few parishioners have expressed their concerns regarding the impact on the parish’s finances without any collections. Though we are unable to attend Mass during this period, it goes without saying that their continuing financial support of the parish is crucial for its ongoing operation and obligations to employees, etc. Even if we are simply holding on to our weekly envelopes with the intention of turning them all in when Masses resume, we still need to meet our parish’s obligations in the meantime.
