Alpha Online is a series of sessions offering the opportunity for informal discussion of questions of life and faith with friends and new friends from the comfort of your home. Participation is free, but registration is required so we can better plan and send you a link.

Weekly sessions will begin on Monday, September 27 at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesday, September 29 at 7:00 p.m., and will continue until early December.  Each session will be conducted using Zoom, an on-line meeting application.  A video presentation each week will explore basic questions of Christian faith about Jesus, prayer, the Bible, good and evil, the Holy Spirit, evangelization, and other topics. The theme for each evening will provide the framework for small break-out group discussions that encourage informal exchange of perspectives and questions in a respectful, friendly, and non-judgmental spirit. Each session will begin at 7 p.m. with a welcome and introduction, a 30-minute video, and a break-out group discussion. All sessions will conclude by 11:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. respectively.

Participation will require a reliable internet connection and a computer, tablet, or smart phone.  For those who are not familiar with Zoom, we will provide basic instruction in our first session to ensure that everyone is comfortable with the on-line environment.
